"Dedal" has all the necessary licenses and documents permitting design, installation and adjustment of the security complexes on the territories of Russia, the CIS and abroad.

In the process of product manufacturing there are used the latest technologies and all the products pass close control and burn-in. Design and installation of the systems meet all the requirements of ergonomics and modern design.

A special attention is devoted to the product reliability and quality corresponding to the military requirements at all stages of the product manufacturing cycle. A quality control system which has been historically developed in the company improved for years. "Dedal" is the holder of the Certificate II degree in the Certification System "Transsert" and international quality management certificate "ISO 9001", issued by the Certification System "Oboronsertifica" spreading over all activities, including development, manufacturing, design, mounting works and after-sales service. Today "Dedal" manufactures more than 96 different products. All of the manufactured products are provided with the quality certificates.

We use a wide range of hardware which includes not only in-house development but some other leading domestic and foreign manufacturers such as: Ademco (USA), Panasonic, JVC (Japan), Ernitec (Denmark), Abloy (Finland) etc.

Technological processes developed at the enterprise allow fulfilling qualitative preservation and production packing according to the research and technical documentation and the Customer’s requirements which allows us to transport without any infringements of packing integrity and equipment functions.

"Dedal" provides with after-sales (not less than 1 year) and post-warranty (particular contract) service of the complex.

During the IX International Exhibition "Interpolitex-2005" dedicated to the State Security Systems "Dedal" solutions were awarded with several diplomas. Besides, according to the results of the contest held within the show of "Interpolitex-2005" and "DAILY-2006", organized for the purpose of encouragement for the most qualitative production in the Russian market and the companies which have brought the enormous contribution to the business of state security, "Dedal" was awarded twice with the medal "Quality Assurance and Safety".
